Changed your mind?
No problem. If you haven’t activated your eSIM, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
eSIM didn’t work as expected?
If your eSIM couldn’t be activated and it’s a technical issue on our end or the network’s, we’ll refund you ,even if you're outside the 14-day window. Just reach out and we’ll make it right.
Once your eSIM is activated, it’s considered used and no longer eligible for a refund. This is standard for digital products and part of our legal terms.

This refund policy is in line with your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applies to digital products sold by Sim Local. By purchasing an eSIM, you agree that once activation begins, you waive the right to cancel under these laws. It’s all detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

If it’s a technical issue on our side or the network’s and you weren’t able to use the eSIM, we’ll refund you. Just reach out and tell us what happened.
Email with your order number, the email you used to buy it, and a quick note. We’ll usually get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
