The Role

The MarketingMedia Associate supports the development and execution of media, affiliates andmarketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive engagement. This roleinvolves coordinating with affiliate teams,  and analyzing campaignperformance to optimize results. 

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in channel / partner management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. Experience in a travel aggregator or in travel ancillaries would be a major plus.

Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Coordination and affiliates support: 
  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing     media campaigns across various channels, including digital channels. 
  • Coordinate with affiliate team, media buyers, and     external vendors to ensure campaign objectives and deadlines are met. 
  • Support our current affiliate team with     administrative requirements. 
  1. Media Management: 
  • Help manage media buys and placements, including     negotiating with media vendors and tracking campaign deliverables. 
  • Monitor and report on media campaign performance,     including metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI. 
  1. Content alliances strategy: 
  • Collaborate with the research of new content     creators as target to produce engaging and relevant content tailored to     different media platforms. 
  • Ensure that all content prospection aligns with     brand guidelines and campaign goals. 
  • SEO analysis and support with content review. 
  1. Market Research and Analysis: 
  • Conduct market research to identify target     audiences, media trends, and competitive landscape for content creation. 
  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights and     recommendations for improving future media strategies. 
  1. Budget Management Support and Reporting: 
  • Assist in the management of media budgets, track     and support the media  invoicing process 
  • Prepare reports on media spend and performance to     support budget planning and optimization. 
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance,     including key metrics and insights. 
  • Maintain and support the creation of     documentation related to media plans, contracts, and campaign results. 
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, and creative     teams to ensure cohesive execution of media strategies. 
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to support     campaign activities and media placements. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,     Advertising, or a related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in media planning,     marketing, or a similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of media channels, digital     marketing, and social media platforms. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,     Excel, PowerPoint) and media management tools. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to     interpret data and generate actionable insights. 
  • Strong organizational and project management     skills with attention to detail. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills,     with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

PreferredSkills: 

  • Experience with affiliate platforms.  
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools     (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, ahrefs). 
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best     practices.
