The Role

We have an extensive client portfolio and are looking for a Commercial Partner Manager to develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. You will also be responsible for onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the performance of existing partners.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in channel / partner management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. Experience in a travel aggregator or in travel ancillaries would be a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Business Development and Technology teams to win and onboard new digital partners
  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
  • Develop and own the commercial trading plans for partners.
  • Manage the commercial performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
  • Work with the Supply team to ensure optimal product mix to deliver conversion and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company

Requirements and skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial channel management and SaaS sales
  • Experience in travel technology preferable – specifically managing partner portfolios
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge, experience or understanding of travel or travel ancillaries is a bonus
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Foreign language proficiency a major plus
